This policy is designed to give clear guidance on Terms and Conditions.

Service

1.1. All Studio Photoshoot fees and Wedding fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
1.2. Rescheduling is allowed once only, with a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to the scheduled session.
1.3. Failure to attend without notice will result in a forfeit of the fee.
1.4. If a session is cancelled by us, clients may choose between a full refund or transfer to a replacement date.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
